Assessments

Homeowners Association Assessments are due the first of each month. The amount is $74.00 per month effective January 1, 2009.

Changes to the exterior of your home

If you want to make a change to how your home is viewed from the street, including, sidewalks, landscaping, paint, etc. you need to get approval from the Architectural Review Committee before the changes are implemented. You must fill out a form and add pertinent information to help the committee understand what you are looking to do.

Regatta Bulk Trash Dates for 2010 are in Red

(third full week of the month)

Please place your bulk trash items at the curb the weekend prior to your scheduled collection week.

For example for January, bulk trash should be placed out January 17, 2010. Homeowners who place bulk trash at the curb prior to this date may be subject to a fine.
