  • If you are making changes to how your home is viewed from the street, you must submit an architectural change request before the work is completed to the HOA.
  • Please click to view the form and print it. Then attach a drawing and information the committee needs to make in order to provide an approval and send it to Renaissance Community Partners.

•   Automatic Payment Form

  • You may pay your association dues using automatic withdrawal from your checking account.
  • Please print the form, complete the information and include a photocopy or a void check, then send it to Renaissance Community Partners.
    • **Note - the payment will appear as REG HOA on your statement.
